I will not claim to be politically minded but even I can see that our so called democracy isn’t so. David Cameron won the election with more votes than any other party gaining more seats in parliament than Labour and the Lib Dems put together, but still David Cameron is not Prime Minister. The country has obviously asked for change, we have lost confidence in Labour after almost 14 years of control.
Look at it this way. The UK didn’t vote for Gordon Brown to be PM in the first place he got the job by default, and again the UK hasn’t voted for Gordon Brown. Yet it looks as though Gordon Brown could be our PM for a little while longer. It just proves that Democracy in the UK is DEAD. over 10 Million votes for Conservative didn’t count and a lot of campaign money has been wasted. A lot of tax payers money has been wasted holding the election. Basically we needn’t have bothered voting in the first place.
You may have guessed that I am a bit annoyed by the whole election result. I like 10 Million plus others wanted CHANGE. Labour has promised and not delivered. Enough is Enough and it’s time for a CHANGE. Mr. Brown do the right thing and RESIGN, hand parliament over to David Cameron and the Conservatives.
